Day 1: Dushanbe - Hissor - Dushanbe
Your tour in Tajikistan will start from the capital city Dushanbe. You will arrive to airport of Dushanbe where your driver will pick you up. Then we will drive to Hissor fortress (VII-XVII centuries). This fortress has a citadel and very good protected area. The fortress was used as a residence of the delegate of the Emir of Bukhara. It's on the hill and had very thick walls around. As many fortresses it had the holes for the guns and cannons. Inside the fortress it had a pool with garden, the market square in front it with many shops and caravan serai. It was not survived 100 percent, we can see now just the entrance gate with the towers. And other interesting site of the fortress are the mausoleum of Magdumi Azam, mosque and recently restored monuments of Madrasa I Kuhna ( school of 16th - 17th century). Then we will drive to Dushanbe and visit a Botanical garden and a Victory Park with a nice view of the city. The night is in the hotel.   

Day 2: Dushanbe - Norak - Kalai Khum
From Dushanbe we will drive to Kalai Khun village. On the way we will stop in water reservoir called Norak or Tajik sea by the locals. We will drive through the Sharaba pass (2 267m). Some part of the road will go along the Afghan border. This part of the road will be Pamir Territory that will astonish you with its unique beauty. The travellers like Marco Polo, Hsuan Tsang and Mirza Muhammad Haidar were inspired by this area. And after visiting these places you will understand why. Another part of the road will go along the natural border Pyanj River. We will arrive Kalai Khum village and a have a home stay overnight.

Day 3: Kalai Khum - Khorog
This day we will drive to Khorog city, the tiniest city if you will look at the map of the world. This city is surrounded by the rocky mountains from the all sides. The city was founded on the confluence of three rivers like Shokhdara, Ghund and Pyanj. On our way we will the Pamir people. According to the anthropologists they are different from the Tajik people. Most of them have blonde hair and blue eyes. The Pamir Mountains are the highest mountains in the world with human beings after Himalayas in Tibet. The mountain lifestyle made these people different from the Tajik people. The night is in the hotel.

Day 4: Khorog - Ishkashim
This day we will visit the small village Ishkashim to the south-east of the country. This city is capital of Ishkasim district in Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Province and it lies on the Panj river. It's the place where the river takes a sharp direction to the north. Ishkashim village is on the opposite side of the village in Afghanistan with the same name, also in Afghanistan the village called Ishkashim, from the Persian practice. The river Panj in some point plays the role of the border between Tajikistan and Afghanistan. The night is in the home stay.  

Day 5: Ishkashim - Yashil Kul Lake - Bulunkul Lake
Today we will visit the most amazing lake of the Pamir Mountains.  The lakes Yashyl Kul and Bulunkul (Blue lakes) are located in the Murghab district on the altitude of 3 700m. The night we will spend near the lakes. The color of the Bulunkul is violet and dark blue in the sunlight. It has a rich amount of the fish. Possibly we will see also the yaks, cows and sheep. It's the main product recourse of the food in this area. On the way we will drive over the Koitezak pass (4 271m). The night is in the homestay.

Day 6: Bulunkul - Khorog
This tour day we will drive to Khorog, and will go through the Pamir Highway, also called M41 Pamir Tract. It's the second highest mountain road after highway of Tibet. We will drive over the mountains more than 4 000 meters. We will cross over Koitezak pass (4 271m). The incredible area has unique diversity of wildlife. The most common species of the animals are Turkestan rat, tiger-cat, grizzly bear, badger, stoat, fox, grey and red wolves. Pamirs have the good population of the Marco Polo sheep, which the largest sheep in the world. And there is also a big population of snow leopards. They are highly endangered. The night is in the guesthouse.

Day 7: Khorog - Kalai Khum
Today we will drive the same way from Khorog to Kalai Khum. This area is full of the highest mountains and it was possible to build just one road. The mountains are more than 6 000 meters high. Visiting the Pamir Mountains we will have a wonderful chance not just enjoy the virgin nature but also to learn more about the history and lifestyle of the local people. We will stop in the small villages to meet the inhabitants and have some short communication. The settlements are located on the two sides of the river in the narrow mountain valley. On the other side we will see the Afghan villages with the houses and the gardens. The night is in the homestay.

Day 8: Kalai Khum - Khoburubot - Dushanbe
This day we will return to Dushanbe. And of course we will pass through the mountains, crossing the Khoburubot pass (3 252m). It's also known as Western Pamir Tract. The road will be very picturesque and beautiful. On the way we will stop for the photos and will also stop in the small villages to meet the locals. Tajik people are very hospitable, hard-working and kind nation. The people who likes exotics, curious about the culture and traditions, ethnics and of course the beauty of the wild nature will love this trip. Dinner is in one of the restaurants of Dushanbe. The night is in the hotel.

Day 9: Flight
In the morning is transfer to airport.
